Actually, I don't know if that's how much he's paying. The sign in the store windows says that men's haircuts are $13 and up. Let's assume that he's paying $13. Still, $13 is qute low. I hope he left a tip!
Women's haircuts here are $15 and up. Still, that's a cheap price.
