I bet it's because he wants to call his old friend, Dave, who moved to Portugal in 2017, but he kind of left on bad terms because they had an argument about politics before he left and now he wants to call him to tell him that he wants to be good friends like they were before he left. Ya, for sure that's why he's checking out the long distance deals!
